Much of my work involves helping employers and trade unions to work together effectively in the interests of the organisation, its employees and its customers or service users. This might involve designing and facilitating change efforts, helping to build positive relationships, or helping to prevent and resolve disputes.

I am a former assistant general secretary of ASTI, a former general secretary of CPSU, and a former director of the National Centre for Partnership
